These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the OgruStudios website and to any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. The site is operated by OgruStudios, based in Jaipur, India.

1. Our products

We sell digital artwork files only. We do not ship any physical product. Each purchase includes a license to use the artwork, as described in our License Agreement. That agreement forms part of these terms.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. Payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, download links are shown on the order confirmation page, sent by email, and available in My Account. Each purchased artwork can be downloaded up to 3 times, and the free artwork once, so please save your files somewhere safe. If you need another download after that, you can request one from the My Downloads section of your account.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details private and for all activity on your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including artwork, text and design, belongs to OgruStudios unless we say otherwise. You may only use it as allowed by a license you have bought.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes trying to get files without paying, scraping content, or interfering with how the site works.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and the files are provided “as is”. Previews are shown for reference, and on-screen or printed colours may vary. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Jaipur, India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
